Margo Diann Abshier, ND

 

Dr. Margo Abshier is a Naturopathic doctor.  She has chosen to specialize her work in the areas of Physical Medicine and Cancer Therapy.  She became enamored with the concept of the "intelligent laying on of hands" in her early years.  Later she found out about Cranio Sacral work, and OrthoBionomy, and she received training in these modalities while going to Naturopathic College at both National College in Portland, and at Bastyr University in Seattle where she graduated.

 

Dr. Margo has taken a special interest in learning about cancer and treating it.  Her own brush with cancer inspired her. Having healed herself with only natural therapies.  She treats patients who are struggling against cancer and helps them with naturopathic adjunctive therapies while undergoing conventional cancer treatments of chemo, radiation, and surgery.   She learned discipline and faith in her struggle for life and health.  Having had cancer inspired her to pursue Naturopathic medicine as a career and a passion, since it was this medicine that brought her own healing.  She has also integrated her strong faith in the healing power of the Holy Spirit into her work.  She encourages her patients to likewise activate and exercise their own faith.

 

She also specializes in physical medicine therapies, using non-force techniques for manipulation, such as Cranio Sacral Therapy and Ortho-Bionomy. She is remarkably effective in treating musculoskeletal conditions such as headaches, TMJ, and accident trauma recovery.
